‘You Now Have a Brother’: A Pakistani Man’s Message for Gurmehar

Amidst accusations by political leaders and others of being brainwashed and being advised to exercise restraint while speaking out loud, the 20-year-old Delhi University student had to leave Delhi on Tuesday.

 

But support has emerged from across the world when Fayaz Khan, a Pakistani national, posted a YouTube video that sends love to her from the “Dushman Desh”.

 

Kargil martyr’s daughter, Kaur was part of a video where she is seen holding placards that urge India and Pakistan to work on their differences and not go to war. The strongest part being: “Pakistan did not kill my dad, war killed him.”
