A Texas man who raped a two year old girl has walked free thanks to a plea deal. Brittany Lynn Rosser says her boyfriend, Thomas Boden, raped her 2-year-old daughter in front of her four-year-old.
Boden pled guilty to the crime, but will walk away without say jail time and will not even be listed on the sex offender registry.
