Smart FORTWO EV Goes Drag Racing

This year Smart is at it again. This time it's the Fortwo electric drive finding itself on the drag strip against three high-performance vehicles including a Ford Mustang and Porsche Boxster. Smart shows the Fortwo electric get demolished each time, and it's not even close.

 

However, the video takes a turn in the end, focusing on the start of each race where the Smart Fortwo beats all three competitors in the first five metres. The aim of the advertisement is centred around the Smart Fortwo being a city car and how the vehicle works best in its element.
