A trio of Melbourne pranksters have provoked more anger than laughs after their latest video involved a man dressed in traditional Arabian clothing throwing a bag at what appear to be random members of the public and running.
The group of three brothers known as the 'Jalals' posted the "Public bomb scare prank" video on Social Media
However, most of the commenters have criticised the stunt and called it dangerous and insensitive.
