Meet Outstanding Teachers from Bihar

More than 10,000 contractual school teachers in Bihar failed a competency test that was based on the syllabi up to Class 5. A private TV channel visited one of the primary schools in Bihar and found that some of the teachers could not answer very basic GK questions.
