He can convert a city into a wasteland so advanced is his techniques. This character celebrates those Indians, who irrespective of their cast or status take littering as a birth right since the time they are born. 

 

They are almost trained to litter- buy a fast-food meal at a drive-thru, eat in the parking lot, and then open the door and place the bag, stuffed with wrappers and empty drink cups, under their car before driving away. As he grows up, it only gets better. 

 

Smokers take the last cigarette from their pack and toss the empty package on the ground; they toss their butts on the ground and smash it with their boots. This character will showcase such iconic people who show so much interest in the global environment, and yet so little care for their immediate surroundings. They love to clean their homes but keep the entire country dirty.
