Summer draws tourists from all over the world to our neighborhood in Hollywood, which makes it the ideal time to play our game "Foreigner or Not?"

Here's how the game works: Jimmy's cousin Sal brings out a pedestrian on Hollywood Blvd. who has been instructed not to speak. Jimmy then guesses, based purely on their appearance, whether that person is a Foreigner or Not.
