Tulsi Kumar Star Studded Wedding Reception

Bollywood Stars joined to celebrate the wedding reception of Tulsi Kumar & Hitesh Ralhan. Tulsi is the daughter of music baron, Gulshan Kumar and sister of Bhushan Kumar. According to a Bombay Times report, Tulsi got engaged to beau, Hitesh Ralhan, a Jaipur-based businessman, last year. The report further revealed that she had met him at a common friend's wedding and the two had been in a relationship for over a year. The Bombay Times report quoted Tulsi Kumar as saying that the proposal came at a time when she was not expecting it.
