Shahid Kapoor and Delhi girl Mira Rajput tied the knot on Tuesday in a low-key ceremony at a farmhouse on the capital's outskirts after months of speculation surrounding their nuptials.
The wedding ceremony was attended only by close relatives and friends, and a grand celebration is yet to happen in Mumbai.
The 34-year-old star, son of veteran actor Pankaj Kapur and his former wife Neelima Azim, married 21-year-old Mira, according to the traditions of the Radha Soami sect, a philosophical organisation based on the spiritual teachings of all religions. Both the families are followers of the group.
