  • Gina Johal: A Leader in Mortgage Financing

Gina Johal is an inspiring South Asian female leader in the male-dominated finance industry.

Women are currently taking charge in every field. A well-known name in BC’s financial world is Gina Johal. The mortgage consultant is an inspiring South Asian female leader in the male-dominated finance industry. Gina has been in the financial industry for over 20 years and has specialized in mortgage financing for the last 15. She has the keys to unlock all the doors to your financial dreams.

As a mortgage consultant at Dominion Lending Centres, her career entails meeting with clients to discuss their needs during the biggest purchase of their life. “Services I offer include assisting with homes or rental purchases, mortgage renewal, refinance to renovate, unlocking home equity, private mortgages, reverse mortgages, pre-sales, agricultural financing, and commercial financing,” lists Gina, Dominion’s Sales Achievement Award winner for 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Gina is unlike other mortgage consultants in the field. Her goal purely is to turn dreams into reality. “I moved up the corporate ladder and realized my passion was to help people achieve their dreams with their life’s largest purchase,” she shares, “I concentrate on making my clients’ dreams of home ownership come true, whether it is today or in the next two to four years, and working with them in the long term after analyzing their financial picture.” It is for this reason that many of her customers have Gina on speed dial. “My customers become a priority to me once they contact me,” proclaims Gina, who was one of the winners for the TeamBlue Spirit Award for Woman of Inspiration in 2019, with Dominion Lending.

Besides her clients, Gina is compassionate about charity and being an active supporter with community projects. In the past she has fundraised for the Heart and Stroke Foundation, organized blanket drives for charities, and donated to an international orphanage many times, among others charitable work. “For 2021, I’ll be donating my time to organize another blanket drive for seniors in care homes and will be involved in raising awareness for the Heart and Stroke Foundation and having friends and family participate by riding, running or walking. It’s a cause very dear to our hearts as we lost a loved one last year, and we hope they find a solution so that others don’t lose a loved one,” says Gina.

Gina will find a solution to all your mortgage financing aspirations, contact her today!
