Darpan Chat Central presents Dr. Shimi Kang a psychiatrist with Future Ready Minds and an award winning author shares her expertise on the neuroscience behind mental health as well as the relationship with mental health, technology, and social media.

She shared more about her research on May 7th in our studio with May 7th recognized as Child and Youth Mental Health Day. It’s Mental Health Week from May 6th-May12th, 2024. The theme this year for for mental health week is “A Call to Be Kind- Because Compassion Connects Us All”
