WOJ Innovation & Technology Co-Founded by Esther Wojcicki and Conscious based entrepreneur Amit Hooda held a technology industry reception on April 13th hosted by Philanthropist and Land Developer Jay Minhas.  
 
 
Surrey Board of Trade attended as a Surrey Opportunity City Promoter putting a focus on bringing 40 to 50 new tech companies to Surrey as one of the Tech communities to be developed along with Squamish and First Nations communities to be developed in BC to create jobs. These jobs opportunites will be with employer consortium lead by Google and 150 companies including Salesforce, Deloitte, Accenture, Workday and others.
 
WOJ also offers an Entrepreurship and Innovation Engineering pathway with UC Berkeley. WOJ Curriculum designed with UC Berkeley and Google ensures highest quality, cutting edge computer science and applied software engineering curriculum. The reception was hosted by Jay Minhas, President of Elegant Developments featuring Government officials, BC Colleges and Universities, Land Developers, and community leaders in attendance. 
 
 
The event focus was on Esther Wojcicki, Co-Founder of WOJ Innovation & Technology, who has transformed thousands of lives through the WOJ Pedagogy and TRICK learning model. She is the most sought-after global educator and was intimately involved with Google and GoogleEdu since its inception, where she was one of the leaders in setting up the Google Teacher Academy and remains a guiding force. She is the mother of Susan Wojcicki, CEO of YouTube, Anne Wojcicki, CEO of 23andMe, and Janet Wojcicki, Professor of Pediatrics at UCSF Medical School.
 
“We have a growing Tech Industry in BC and Welcome Esther Wojcicki on behalf of Premeir John Horgan and BC Government welcome her Pedagogy and WOJ Innovation & Engineering efforts to create Silicon Valley North.” Said Hon. Raj Chauhan MLA Speaker of the House Legislature.

Univeristies were in attendance to further the dialogue of implementation of WOJ Programs for Canadian and International students creating Talent pipeline "The WOJ program will allow students to upgrade their education within 10 months and be provided job opportunites in technology companies"-Jatinder (Jay) Minhas.
 
Collective industry partners including Universities, Land Developers, Community Leaders and Govt will work together to create BC Technology panel to visit Esther Wojcikci ang WOJ Ecosystem in Silicon Valley to liason and create next steps through 2022.
