VANCOUVER — Khari Jones is back as the B.C. Lions' offensive co-ordinator.

The team announced Jones's return to the position he held in 2014 on Wednesday. He served as the club's receivers coach last season and will also coach the club's quarterbacks this year.

Mark Washington also returns for his third season as B.C.'s defensive co-ordinator.

"I'm pleased to have Khari and Mark leading their respective units next season," Lions head coach/GM Wally Buono said in a statement. "They're both coaches who have been part of championship staffs in the past, they are effective teachers and leaders and I believe our players will respond to their approach."

Dan Dorazio is also back as B.C.'s offensive line coach Dan Dorazio after spending last season with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Veteran CFL coach Marcel Bellefeuille joins the Lions as a receivers coach after serving as Winnipeg's offensive co-ordinator in 2015.

Robin Ross is back with the Lions' defensive coaching staff under Washington but will coach linebackers instead of the defensive line. Former linebackers coach Johnny Holland is pursuing NFL coaching opportunities.
