    Colombian James Rodriguez is the leading scorer with five goals in the 2014 World Cup.
     
    Argentina’s Lionel Messi, German Thomas Mueller and Neymar of Brazil have all scored four goals to share the second spot while the Dutch Robin Van Persie, and Arjen Robben, Swiss Xherdan Shaqiri and Enner Valencia of Ecuador netted three goals to be in third place, Xinhua reports.
     
    Following are the leading goal scorers after Sunday's matches:
     
    5 goals: James Rodriguez (Colombia).
     
    4: Lionel Messi (Argentina), Thomas Mueller (Germany), Neymar (Brazil).
     
    3: Robin Van Persie, Arjen Robben (both Netherlands), Karim Benzema (France), Xherdan Shaqiri (Switzerland), Enner Valencia (Ecuador).
