Balotelli asks Queen of England for a kiss

Darpan News Desk IANS, 20 Jun, 2014 12:53 PM
Italian striker Mario Balotelli demanded a kiss from the Queen of England if his team beat Costa Rica in their World Cup group game here.

“If we beat Costa Rica I want a kiss, obviously on the cheek, from the UK Queen,” tweeted the AC Milan player.

Despite losing their two opening World Cup games, England still have hopes of reaching the round of 16, but only if Italy wins its two upcoming games against Costa Rica and Uruguay.

England lost 1-2 against Italy in its opener, including a goal scored by Balotelli. England also suffered a loss by a similar scoreline to Uruguay Thursday.

England now have to manage a win over Costa Rica in their last match and hope that Italy beat both Uruguay and Costa Rica.
