Argentina-Netherlands World Cup Semifinal goes into extra time

The FIFA World Cup semifinal match between Argentina and the Netherlands went into extra time after both teams were tied 0-0 at the end of regular time at the Arena Corinthians here Wednesday.
Argentine star Lionel Messi and Dutch key players Arjen Robben and Robin van Persie were all kept in check by a well disciplined and organised defensive display for both teams.
Another inspiring performance by leg-spinner Amit Mishra and offie Ravichandran Ashwin helped India beat Bangladesh by eight wckets in a Group 2 match and qualify for the semi-finals of the ICC World Twenty20 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium here Friday.
