Patrols in Vancouver's Kitsilano neighborhood have increased after a woman was violently assaulted by two strangers early Monday morning, July 11th.
Residents near West 10th and Waterloo Street may see additional officers patrolling and knocking on doors.
The suspects were men in their 20s who had their faces covered.
Victim taken to hospital and expected to recover. The suspect is a 46-year-old man who is known to police.
