WILLIAMSTOWN, Ont. — Police say a woman remains in serious condition in hospital today after a bus crash injured nearly two dozen people in eastern Ontario.
 
The Ontario Provincial Police say their investigation continues into the collision between a double-decker Megabus and a tractor-trailer Tuesday afternoon.
 
Sgt. Kristine Rae says three others also remain in hospital after the crash on Highway 401 near Lancaster, Ont.
 
The bus was carrying about 45 passengers on its route from Montreal to Toronto.
 
Passengers described a chaotic and bloody scene as the bus crashed into the ditch along the side of the highway before stopping among the trees lining the westbound lanes.
 
Megabus.com North America has said safety is its top priority and is co-operating with investigators.
