  • West Jest Plane lands safely in Toronto after engine problem
A WestJet plane bound for Calgary was forced to land at Toronto's Pearson Airport due to engine problems.
 
WestJet flight 585 was originally headed from Hamilton to Calgary but was diverted to the Toronto airport on an unscheduled stop. It was met with emergency crew upon landing.
 
All 152 passengers on board are safe and will be put on flights. They are expected to reach Calgary today.
