Despite warnings from health authorities that parties should be kept small to prevent transmission of COVID-19 it was a busy Halloween night for Vancouver police as people crowded to the Granville Entertainment District downtown to celebrate. #dancing #costumes.

U.S. military officials say the rockets did not hit the base located near the city of Irbil in Iraq's Kurdistan region, and the Department of National Defence said all Canadian troops at the base were safe.
