  • VPD identifies Downtown Eastside homicide victim as a 20 year old male

Vancouver Police have identified the man killed in a homicide on January 17 at a Downtown Eastside SRO hotel.

Thunder Dennis, 20, was found deceased inside the West Hotel near East Hastings and Carrall streets shortly before 7 a.m.

The file remains under investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to call VPD’s Homicide Unit at 604-717-2500.
