Violent Offender Wanted By Surrey RCMP

    Surrey RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Bryan Travis KELLY wanted for breaching the conditions of his recognizance.
     
    KELLY was released recently from a federal penitentiary after serving his 2 year sentence for robbery, assaulting a peace officer, and breach of a probation order. KELLY was released under strict conditions and is alleged to have breached those conditions already. Today, a warrant for KELLY was issued.
     
    KELLY is described as a Caucasian male, 5’9 tall, 180 lbs. heavy, black hair, brown eyes, and has a fair complexion. He has two distinctive tattoos; right forearm Critical and left forearm Situation (see attached photos).
     
    Police regard KELLY as a dangerous individual and advise the public not to approach KELLY if spotted, but rather call 9-1-1 and immediately report his whereabouts.
