Victoria Police Ask For Witnesses In Crash Between Pedestrian And Motorcycle

The Canadian Press, 13 Nov, 2018 12:37 PM
VICTORIA — Investigators are trying to piece together an accident in Victoria Saturday night that injured a pedestrian and two people riding a motorcycle.

Police say officers responded after several 911 calls reported a motorcycle colliding with a person at a downtown intersection.

The pedestrian was taken to hospital with what police say are life-threatening injuries.

Both the driver and passenger on the motorcycle were thrown from the vehicle and were also transported to hospital with serious injuries.

Police say they're hoping to speak with the many bystanders who helped the victims, including several doctors who came to assist at the scene.

Investigators say they're trying to determine the contributing factors in the crash.
