RICHMOND, B.C. — A man has been found dead in Richmond, B.C., and homicide investigators have taken over the case.

 

A news release from Richmond RCMP says the body of Gregory Joseph Scuby was found near No. 5 Road and Dyke Road at around 11 a.m.

 
 

Integrated Homicide Investigation Team Cpl. Frank Jang says the victim is well known to police.

 

He says the slaying does not appear gang related, but has offered few other details.

 

An autopsy is expected in the next few days.
