Arshpreet Chahal, 15, of Vancouver was crowned champion at the national finals held at the Richmond Hill Centre of Performing Arts in Toronto on August 22, the newspaper reported.

Seventy girls contested in the pageant that was held in Toronto from August 12 to 23.
