Vancouver Resident Who Went Streaking At Baseball Game To Appear In Seattle Court

Darpan News Desk The Canadian Press, 08 Aug, 2018 02:16 PM
SEATTLE — U.S. authorities say a Vancouver resident who ran naked onto a baseball field during a game in Seattle is set to appear in court today to face a criminal trespassing charge.

The Seattle City Attorney's office says David McClearn was charged after the incident that took place at Saturday's game between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Seattle Mariners.

Office spokesman Dan Nolte says authorities decided not to file an indecent exposure charge.

He says that charge is typically laid when an alleged sexual element is involved.

Nolte says McClearn was released on bail on Sunday.

He says a Vancouver address is listed for McClearn on his police report.
