Vancouver Police Investigating After Body Found In Storm Drain On Kaslo Street

The Canadian Press, 06 Sep, 2015 02:03 PM
Vancouver police are investigating a suspicious death in the city's east end.

Spokesman Sgt. Randy Fincham says police are looking into a death in the 500 block of Kaslo Street.

The investigation comes after a call to 911 reported finding a body in a storm drain.

Police and the coroner were on scene Sunday afternoon.

Fincham says it is early in the investigation, and details will be provided as they become available.

The area where the body was found is blocks away from the Pacific National Exhibition grounds.
