Mounties in North Vancouver are asking for the public's help in locating an urn stolen from a car over the weekend.
R-C-M-P say they received multiple reports of vehicle break-ins on West 21st Street around 10:30 Saturday morning.
They say one of the callers reported that her late husband's ashes were in an urn stolen from a white Kia Forte.
Police are asking anyone with information to come forward or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS to remain anonymous.

Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly confirmed Tuesday that Ottawa is planning to airlift Canadians out of Tel Aviv in "the coming days," as conflict between Israel and Hamas escalates.
