  • Truck driver's identity who hit a North Vancouver overpass known

The province says investigators now know the identity of the truck driver who hit a North Vancouver overpass last month.

It says the driver abandoned their vehicle after the accident.

The R-C-M-P said this week the investigation had concluded, but they had no leads on who the driver was.

But, Transportation Minister Rob Fleming says investigators have identified the driver, adding the company that owns the truck would not be allowed back on the road if they had not co-operated with the police.
