The Toronto Police Service has made an arrest in a sexual exploitation investigation. On Tuesday, October 17 2020, members of 41 Division began an investigation following a report of historical sexual exploitation.

It is alleged: - a man was a volunteer youth pastor at the Spring Garden Baptist Church between 2002 and 2005 - during his time at the church, he established a rapport with a young female parishioner - they engaged in online conversations where the man made inappropriate sexual comments - he sent her explicit videos and invited her to engage in sexual activity with him. 

On Monday, January 25 2021, Kieran Naidoo, 42, of Toronto was arrested.

He has been charged with: one count of Sexual Exploitation . He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 2 p.m., at Toronto East Courts, 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, Room 407.

Investigators believe there may be other victims and encourage anyone with information to contact 41 Division directly.
