NEW YORK — Three Canadian women have been arrested after police say they cut another woman's face during a party at an upscale Times Square hotel.

The Port Authority Police Department says the victim required 36 stitches after she was assaulted with a bottle and drinking glasses inside the W Hotel early Tuesday.

The victim followed the suspects to the Lincoln Tunnel and told a Port Authority officer that they had assaulted her.

The three women were arrested on charges of assault, gang assault and weapon possession.
