Teen Suspects Charged In Assaults At Manitoba Addiction Treatment Centre

    SELKIRK, Man. — Two teens arrested after two workers at a Manitoba addictions treatment centre were viciously attacked have been charged with  aggravated assault.
     
    Selkirk RCMP say a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy also face robbery, possession of a weapon and possibly other charges.
     
    Jackie Healey, a Red River College student, is one of two staff members who were seriously hurt Sunday night at the Behavioural Health Foundation.
     
    Healey was completing a work practicum at the addictions and mental health treatment facility.
     
    Police say both of the youths remain in custody.
