Suspect In Death Of Vancouver Mother Of Five Arrested: Police

    VANCOUVER — Police say a suspect has been arrested one month after a mother of five was found dead in a Vancouver home.

    The body of 36-year-old Rose Paul was found in a basement suite on the city's east side on March 3.

    Police identified her boyfriend, Daniel Paul, as a suspect and had issued numerous appeals to the 42-year-old man to turn himself in.

    Officers spotted Paul riding a bicycle in the Mount Pleasant area just after 7 p.m. Wednesday night and arrested him.

    Police say he is wanted for questioning, and he was taken into custody without incident.

    The homicide was Vancouver's third of the year.
