Surrey R-C-M-P are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in a stranger sexual assault that happened in the city on Saturday around 3 a.m.

They say officers responded and that the victim reported being woken up by a man groping her at her home.

Police say the woman screamed and the suspect fled.

They have released a video footage of the suspect, who is described as being in his early 20s, between five-seven and five-foot-10, with an average build and a long black beard.
