Kelowna R-C-M-P have a suspect in custody in connection to an A-T-M theft at a business earlier this month. 

R-C-M-P say a male suspect, who's known to police, is believed to be responsible after he and a female suspect were seen using the same stolen pickup truck used in the "brazen" robbery. 

Police confirmed the truck used was reported stolen from out front of a West Kelowna home in late October.

 The female suspect has been released on conditions.

The B.C. Supreme Court has ordered a new trial for a man convicted of sexual assault after he learned his defence lawyer's paralegal was dating the Crown prosecutor during his trial. Justice Veronica Jackson ruled last week in Courtenay, B.C., that Cameron Gagne should get a new trial because his lawyer, Eric Chesterley, and prosecutor Nicholas Grabe failed to tell the court about the relationship.
