  • Surrey RCMP Seek Suspect Who Appeared To Masturbate In Guildford Heights Park
Surrey RCMP is advising the public of an investigation of an indecent act which is alleged to have taken place in the Guildford area. Investigators are asking for public assistance to identify the suspect.
 
 
At approximately 6:41 pm, on April 28, 2018, an adult male was witnessed walking with his genitals exposed and appeared to masturbate in Guildford Heights Park, at 155 Street and 101A Avenue.
 
 
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male in his mid 30’s, approximately 6’ tall, weighing approximately 174 lbs. At the time of the incident the suspect was wearing a black leather jacket, grey hoodie, a white t-shirt, and jeans.
