, 12 May, 2016 10:36 AM
Surrey RCMP have now released video of a suspect fleeing after he sexually assaulted a female real estate agent at an open house near 128th Street and 92nd Avenue in late April.

The woman was conducting an open house, and was alone with the suspect when she was attacked.

Police are also asking for help identifying the suspect the victim managed to fight off. They say she didn't know her attacker and she wasn't injured in the incident.

    Suspect Description:

East Indian male in his late 20’s to mid 40’s.

    5’5 to 5’8.

Brown eyes and a dark brown well-groomed beard.

He was wearing dark coloured pants, a light coloured shirt, a white turban.

    He spoke with an accent.

Last week, police released a composite sketch of the suspect.

Anyone with more information is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502 or Crime Stoppers, if they wish to remain anonymous, at 1-800-222-TIPS or go to www.solvecrime.ca.
