  • Surrey RCMP need public's help in locating missing male Narinder Sandhu

Surrey RCMP is asking the publics assistance in locating a 69 year old male.

On Wednesday, Narinder Sandhu was reported missing to the Police. He was last seen at approximately 600 am in the 13200 block of 88th Avenue.

Police and family are concerned for Sandhu's health and well being as it is out of character for him to be out of touch with family for this long.

Narinder Sandhu is described as a 69 year old South Asian Male. He is 5"7 with a slim build with white facial hair. He is believed to be riding a white Infinity mountain bike.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Narinder Sandhu is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604 599 0502.

Hours after the US charged an Indian national with conspiracy to assassinate a New York-based Sikh separatist, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that New Delhi needs to take the charge "seriously" and cooperate in the investigations. Trudeau, who had been claiming since September that Indian agents were involved in the killing of its citizen Hardeep Singh Nijjar, told CBC News that they have been working closely with their American counterparts on the "serious" allegations.
