Surrey RCMP Dealing With ‘Unfolding Police Incident’ In Newton Area

    Multiple armed Mounties are said be responding to an “unfolding police incident” onto a busy road in Surrey
     
    A huge area of 72nd Avenue in the Newton area was behind police tape and at least eight RCMP vehicles could be seen in the area.
     
    Police have not divulges any further details.
     
    72nd Avenue was closed from King George Blvd. to 138th Street, and RCMP cautioned the public to avoid the area.
