Surrey RCMP Special Victims Unit is actively working to locate a suspect identified in an ongoing investigation and requesting the public’s assistance.

Matthew Christopher Hamm, 43-years-old, has been identified as the suspect in an ongoing investigation into an alleged Break and Enter and Sexual Assault that occurred on Saturday, May 21, 2022. 

Hamm is described as a male, 5’10, 170lbs, with black greying curly hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing black jacket, blue shirt, jeans and dark runners with white soles.

If you see Matthew Hamm call 9-1-1 immediately and do not to approach him.

Anyone with information that could assist police with locating Matthew Hamm is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502, or Crime Stoppers, if they wish to remain anonymous, at 1-800-222-8477 or www.solvecrime.ca.
