Surrey Police Investigating 'Sudden Death' In Newton Home

    Surrey RCMP is advising the public of a sudden death investigation which began after a deceased woman was located at a residence in Newton.


    On July 7 at approximately 7:00 am, Surrey RCMP responded to a call for service at a residence in the 13600-block of 60 Avenue. Upon arrival police located a deceased woman inside the residence.


    Surrey RCMP’s Serious Crime Unit and the BC Coroner’s Services are investigating. The cause of death is still under investigation and a determination has not been made as to whether the death is a result of criminality.
