  • Surrey man wanted on outstanding arrest warrants in custody

Surrey R-C-M-P say a man who was wanted on outstanding arrest warrants is in custody.

Police said last week they were looking for the 24-year-old, who was allegedly seen in September driving dangerously through Surrey's streets at peak traffic hours.

During a traffic stop, the suspect vehicle allegedly drove forward into the police vehicle, almost striking an officer before driving away and hitting multiple other vehicles.

Police say the man turned himself into police today.
