SURREY, B.C. — Homicide detectives in Surrey, B.C., have arrested and charged a 44-year-old man with the second-degree murder of his wife.

Rizig Bona was charged Oct. 19 with the slaying of 42-year-old Anida Magaya.

She was found dead in a Surrey home on Oct. 5.
