Surrey Man Accused Of Pulling Down A Woman's Pants, And Then His Own Arrested In New Westminster

The Canadian Press, 02 Apr, 2016 02:26 PM
NEW WESTMINSTER, B.C. — A 26-year-old man is facing charges arising out of two incidents in New Westminster, B.C., after a suspect allegedly pulled down a woman's pants and then exposed himself to a female motorist.

Police say a man approached a woman at a bus stop on the evening of March 17 and pulled down her pants.

Officers say that about 30 minutes later, the same man exposed himself by pulling down his pants in front of a woman in a vehicle.

Police say Kyle Boyco of Surrey was in custody on a different matter when he was charged with sexual assault, assault, and performing an indecent act.

Boyco will remain in custody until he appears in court.

Acting Sgt. Jeff Scott of the New Westminster Police Department says officers were able to identify Boyco after tips from the public.
