KUDOS to Surrey Tamanawis Secondary graduate @HarjotBal who is one of the recipients of the prestigious TD Scholarship for Community Leadership, valued at up to $70,000 dollars. Harjot is a co founder of One Blood For Life Foundation As CEO and Director of Internal Operations, Harjot helped build a network of 440 Volunteers who has worked hard to make happen 3550 blood donations and 1540 new ethnically diverse stem cell registrations. He plans to continue his work in the community by taking Computer Science at UBC and helping develop technologies for Health-care Industry.
