Stephen Andrew, Man Convicted For Harming Sex Trade Workers Now Living In Abbotsford

    Abbotsford RCMP are notifying the public about a criminal now living in the city.
     
    Stephen Andrew is 180 cm tall (5’11”) and weighs 75 kgs (165 pounds). He has receding brown hair and blue eyes.
     
    BESZEDES has a criminal history that includes convictions of Cause Bodily Harm by Criminal Negligence, Overcome Resistance – Administer Drugs, Robbery, and Sexual Assault occurring in Surrey BC.
     
    BESZEDES has offended against individuals involved in the sex trade as well as older men soliciting via the internet. He has drugged his victims and incapacitated them, thereby increasing their vulnerability.
     
    The 50-year-old has been released on several conditions, including a curfew, a ban on drinking and a ban on possessing any weapons.
