Surrey RCMP is advising the public of an alleged sexual assault that this past weekend and are asking anyone with information to contact investigators.

 

The sexual assault is alleged to have occurred between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm on May 21, 2018 at Tannery Park located at 10761 Dyke Road, Surrey.

 

A woman was asleep inside of her vehicle when an unknown male entered the vehicle and sexually assaulted her. The woman was able to honk her horn which caused the male to flee in his vehicle.

 
 
 
 
 
 

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 50-60 years old, with a medium build. He is balding and has white hair which is curling at the ends, and patchy facial stubble.

 

The suspect is associated to an older model red car.

 

The Surrey RCMP's General Investigations Unit is investigating the incident.
