Vancouver Police have released a composite sketch of an unidentified man who died after being found in medical distress this spring.

They say the man was found on the grounds of the Britannia Community Centre on March 24th and died later in hospital.

The sketch is of a man who appears to be Caucasian and likely in his 30s, who was five-foot-11 and about 155 pounds with a slim build, short black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Vancouver Police.
