Shots Fired On George Ferguson Way In Abbotsford, Three In Custody

    On Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 1:03 am, the Abbotsford Police Patrol Division responded to a report of a verbal altercation and shots fired near a residence in the 24100 block of George Ferguson Way. 
     
    Upon arrival, APD officers spoke to witnesses and observed a vehicle in the driveway with bullet holes. Fortunately, there is no evidence of injury to any victims at this time. 
     
    Witnesses observed a truck fleeing the area shortly after the gunshots were heard. APD Patrol Division officers, Emergency Response Team and Major Crime Detectives were all involved in searching for the persons and vehicles involved. APD officers have since located and arrested two suspects. 
     
    Langley RCMP located the suspect vehicle and a third suspect. All three are currently in custody. APD will be recommending firearms related charges.
     
    APD Forensic Identification officers continued to collect forensic and video evidence.
