Shots Fired At A Massive Victory Rally For The Toronto Raptors

    Police say shots have been fired at a massive victory rally for the Toronto Raptors.

     

    They say there are reports of a woman being injured.

     

    Festivities were briefly suspended.

     

    Some in the crowd are seen running from the area.
